Q. Do you pick shipments up ?

Q. Do you do visiting and packing service ?
A. Yes, we do that at the requested place.
Q. When I ship my goods to overseas, What do I need to prepare ?
A. We need below,
1. Receiver's name, address with postal code, and phone number.
2. The goods as it is.
We make documents for export, and tracking your shipment.
Q. Is there goods that cannot be sent?
A. Yes, there are restrictions in any country for import.
Please inform PAKMAIL what you send beforehand.
Q. I've heard there are restrictions for packing materials. Is this true ?
A. Yes, that is true. There are restrictions of quarantine in any country.
We PAKMAIL knows it well. We pack your shipment according to the destination country's restrictions
Q. Do you accept from packing to shipping ?
A: Yes, Any packing (wooden crates, wooden box, carton box, reinforced carton, etc... ) is available. We can proceed from packaging to shipping.
Q. Only packing service, or Only shipping service, Do you do that ?
A. Yes, we do. Please contact us without hesitation.
